Pricing Structure

Our commitment to transparency in pricing ensures no surprises. Below is a detailed breakdown of our rates:

Consultation and Quotations

We provide no-obligation consultations and quotations at no cost for visits within Warwickshire and Coventry. This applies to all initial discussions about projects or specific work you’d like to complete.

Hourly Labour Rates

Where a fixed quote is not provided beforehand, or for tasks involving faultfinding, the following modular hourly rates apply. Please note that these rates are for single-person attendance; material costs are not included.

First Hour – £92

Applicable for scheduled work conducted during regular weekday hours. This rate covers the first hour (or part thereof) unless a fixed price has been agreed in advance.

Subsequent Hours – £69

Following the first hour, subsequent hours (or part hours) are billed at this reduced rate for scheduled work. This rate applies unless a fixed price has been quoted beforehand.

Escalated Response & Senior Expert rate – £139

For work requiring scheduling at short notice, typically to accommodate other trades or last-minute access, the escalated rate applies. This rate is also charged per part hour for short or extended tasks as necessary.

Emergency Response – £188

For emergency situations that demand an immediate response, the emergency rate applies, regardless of time of day or week.

Additional Considerations

• If a project requires additional personnel, subcontractors, or third-party involvement, the rate will reflect the number of individuals required on-site. • Large projects, such as full property rewires, may qualify for discounted rates (see rates breakdown). • Travel within the CV postcode area is not charged. • Occasionally, an individual on work experience may accompany our team at no additional charge to you. Please note that rates are subject to change. Always confirm the current rate at the time of booking.
